Our client is an outstanding 4* Hotel, based in County Meath and less than an hours drive from Central Dublin. They require an experienced Chef de Partie who is a passionate and creative chef with ambitions to succeed and progress their career at a top class hotel.

Responsibilities;

Ability to produce dishes of a high standard
Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
Contribute as a key member of the kitchen team
Assist in the development of junior chefs

Requirements;

Qualified chef
Experience in a similar role in a quality hotel/restaurant
Passionate about providing quality food
Enthusiastic team player
