Wedding Coordinator
• Be the point of contact for all wedding enquiries and show around’s.
• Work with and design bespoke menus for each individual couple
• Plan, organise and deliver an excellent service for each individual wedding couple
• Driving sales and maintaining a high level of standards throughout planning process
• Co-Ordinate with all departments heads (liaising with Head Chef in particular) in all aspects of Wedding Coordination
• Ability to work under pressure when required
• Ability to drive sales and target driven
Candidate Requirements:
· You will possess strong communication, Excellent written and verbal communication, planning and presentation skills
· Fluent in English
· Have excellent customer service skills
· Be personable, professional and have excellent attention to detail.
· Proficient in Administration skills
