A la Carte Recruitment are delighted to assist our client, a lading 5* Hotel in identifying suitable candidates for the position of Chef de Partie.

They require a highly organised, creative and reliable Chef de Partie who is passionate about producing quality European food using seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and train the Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis working on the section with you
• Assist the senior Chefs to come up with new dishes
• Ensure that portion size is controlled
• Maintain high standards in all aspects of your role
• Be willing to learn and progress
• Qualified for Health & Safety.

Requirements:

• At least two years Chef de Partie experience
• You will have experience of supervising and motivating a team.
• You will have experience of working in a similar high quality environment.
