Our client is a leading 4* hotel in Cork. They have over 150 bedrooms and have a reputation for the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. They currently require an experienced Accommodation Manager to ensure that these standards are maintained and that the house-keeping staff perform at the required level.
You will be responsible for the recruitment and training of the house-keeping team and for their performance and attitude.
You will scrutinise the bedrooms and public areas on a daily basis and ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
You will ensure that all health & safety requirements and standards are met.
You will be a key member of the management team and contribute on a broad front to the overall management of the hotel.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience as an accommodation manager in at least a 4* establishment.
You will have excellent people skills and the ability to maximise the performance of a house-keeping team.
You will have an uncompromising attitude towards maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and exceptional attention to detail.
