Our client is one of the best known hotels in Dublin. They require several experienced Accommodation Supervisors to assist with the management of housekeeping in this very large and busy hotel.
Responsibilities;
Manage and train a team of housekeepers
Perform routine inspections of all rooms
Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
Inspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors
Manage, stock control and the maintenance of equipment
Provide excellent Guest service,
Requirements;
Considerable previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
A successful track record of managing a team
Strong organizational and analytic skills
An attention to details
Strong communication skills
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
