Job Description
This busy 4* hotel with 70 rooms and 8 conference rooms is looking for an Assistant Manager Conference and Banqueting to:
•research markets to identify opportunities for events;
•liaise with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements;
•securing bookings
•coordinating conference room management
•planning room layouts
•coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings;
Required Experience
The successful candidate will be well presented with excellent organisation and communication skills and selling ability. Previous Conference and Banqueting experience essential.
