The Role;
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you would work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure a high standard of customer service and assist in the smooth running of the function on a day to day basis. The position will involve overseeing both the Conference and Banqueting department and Restaurant / Bar. A qualified hospitality graduate with experience in F & B is required. You will have a hard working attitude and excellent communication skills. There are excellent opportunities for progression for a successful candidate.
