This is a busy, 4 star country hotel, with an enviable reputation for customer service and quality food.
Job Description
You will have shared responsibility for running the restaurant, bar lounge and also help with events within the hotel.
Specific responsibilities include:
Assist in the management, training and developing a team of waiters driving service standards.
Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Develop excellent relations with the kitchen staff and other members of hotel staff.
Required Experience
We are looking for candidates with Restaurant Management experience. You will be able to prove your abilities to deliver great guest service.
You must have great attention to detail, with the ability to drive and improve standards. We are looking for a manager who is a self starter and hard worker.
Team leadership skills and a high level of customer focus is essential, along with a hands on management style.
