We are currently recruiting for the position of Asst General Manager for a high profile restaurant soon to be opened in Central Dublin.
The concept is of a high end cuisine restaurant and they are looking for an individual who is passionate about offering a service second to none and assist in promoting the restaurant. There are plans to acquire further restaurants in the future so there could be career development opportunities for the right person.
Someone who has worked with a similar up-market cuisine restaurant in the past in a management position would fit well for this role, but they are open to managers from a high end catering background as long as you have stability in your career and can hit the ground running.
Salary is up to €40,000 plus bonus. The restaurant is looking to open within the next few weeks.
