Our client is a leading 4* hotel with a very successful Wedding and Events operation. They require an experienced Banqueting Manager who has a strong Food & Beverage background.
Main Duties:
To carefully manage the daily operation of all Meetings, Events and Banquets in the hotel.
To provide first class service to our wedding, special occasion and corporate guests and ensure their event is managed in a professional and conscientious manner.
To be responsible for all the day to day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the hotel.
To assist with the training of employees where necessary.
To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health & Safety of employees and guests.
To carry out Duty Management Shifts as required.
