€50,000 + Bonus
Our client is establishing a dynamic new restaurant and bar venue in the Financial District of Dublin. They require an experienced Bar Manager to set up and manage a team of bar professionals.
Responsibilities:
To recruit and train a top team of bar professionals.
To ensure the highest standards are communicated to the team.
To maintain the bar area in impeccable order.
To provide the highest standards of customer care.
To assist as a key member of the overall management team.
To ensure a consistently high level of security is well maintained.
To monitor all purchasing and costs in the bar area and that spend is in line with budgets.
To monitor scrupulously the cash management function.
To drive business results through revenue growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
Must be a proven bar manager in a vibrant, up-market environment.
Have excellent man management skills.
Outstanding interpersonal ability with a real understanding of premium customer care and attention to detail.
Must have a strong business acumen and a commitment to driving the business to success.
At least 4 years of successful bar management experience.
