Our client is an outstanding 4* hotel based in Waterville, Kerry. They require an experienced Chef de Partie who is capable of moving up to Sous Chef position within 6 months.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running as a real contributor in a busy kitchen. You will be a passionate chef with the ability to take responsibility from day one. You will be capable of assisting the Head and Sous Chefs to prepare new dishes and concepts. You will be able to train junior chefs. You will be able to work under pressure and keep a cool head.
This is a fine hotel in a magnificent setting. There is a very harmonious kitchen and the successful candidate will be a team player who will enjoy working with enthusiastic professionals.
The salary is negotiable and will be reviewed after six months or on early promotion.
