Our client is a superb 4* hotel with an excellent reputation for the highest standards of food and customer service. They require a capable Chef de Partie to work as a key member of their closely knit kitchen team.
Main responsibilities
The Chef De Partie will have a varied role, with responsibility for producing a variety of dishes across different sections to the highest standards for the restaurant and banqueting areas, whilst assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen, safely and hygienically.
There will be a need to contribute towards providing outstanding food for the fine dining restaurant.
Ideal candidate
You must have excellent culinary skills with attention to detail.
You must be a team player ideally with experience of supervising staff within a similar environment. You will be a qualified chef with at least 3 years experience in a quality environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Hard working with a committed attitude.
