A la Carte Recruitment are delighted to assist our client, a popular 4* Hotel with an award- winning restaurant, to identify suitable candidates for two Chef de Partie vacancies they currently have.
Main responsibilities
The Chef de Parties will be working with a highly qualified kitchen team providing excellent food cooked to very high standards, all from fresh produce. Adhering to company and statutory Health & Safety standards. The kitchen is very busy catering for fine dining, bar grill, banqueting and carvery, the successful candidates will be allocated to one of these sections. This should be the next step in your career prior to moving into a Sous Chef role.
Ideal candidate
You will be enthusiastic, passionate, hardworking, and have a positive attitude. You will be a dedicated team player. Experience working in a busy environment in a quality hotel/restaurant is essential. Very good understanding of Health & Safety. Work well under pressure. Take pride in the dishes you create. Experience in banqueting and a la carte or carver. Working to very high standards.
