Our client is an outstanding 4* restaurant in Westport. They require a qualified Chef de Partie who has worked in a quality kitchen and who can hit the ground running in a busy kitchen. The successful candidate will have a real passion for producing quality food. You will be ambitious and be able to assist in the management of the junior chefs in the kitchen. There are real opportunities for progression within the hotel and hard working committed chefs are rewarded with promotion in the short term.
