An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to work for a recently opened restaurant in Carlow. The ideal candidate will currently be a Chef De Partie coming from a casual dining background preferably in gastro pubs.
You will need to love your food, be a strong communicator, very passionate about what you do, bring in fresh ideas and work closely alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to run all aspects of the kitchen. It would be advantageous that you have the experience and ability to work all sections of the kitchen. The role offers a great working environment with a strong brigade and front of house team already in place.
The business is looking to expand in the next 3 months and open a new site so would be a perfect opportunity for a strong Chef De Partie that has ambitions of progressing and moving up.
