A la Carte Recruitment are pleased to assist our client, a popular 4* Hotel based in Limerick, to identify suitable candidates for the position of Chef de Partie. They have an award winning restaurant with an excellent reputation for quality fine dining.
They are looking for an ambitious, talented & creative Chef to add to their motivated team of capable chefs. You will support the Head and Sous Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and assist in meeting all health and safety regulations.
Skills / Experience
To be considered for the position successful candidates will have 2 + years’ experience in a similar position. You will have passion and desire to provide high quality creative dishes. You will be able to train junior team members and have potential to progress to a more senior position within 12 months.
