Our client is a leading 4* hotel in North County Wexford. They are seeking a capable Chef de Partie who has at least 3 years relevant experience in an up-market restaurant. There are considerable opportunities for career progression either within this hotel or elsewhere within the Group.
Cooking to fine dining standards you will have a passion for producing quality food and excellent communication skills and enjoy being an important member of a professional kitchen team. You must be a qualified chef. Short term accommodation can be provided.
This is a very exciting role where all the produce is fresh and sourced seasonally and locally.
