The hotel is growing year on year with further expansion planned for the near future. They offer excellent training and development for the right chef and will invest heavily in the chosen candidate.
Working with the Head and Sous Chef you will be focused on consistency and working with the Junior Chefs, training them and leading them through their duties. Cooking 100% fresh food in-house the hotel is committed to providing the highest standard of food. The main restaurant is award winning and is looking to gain more recognition.
