We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Parties, for a Rosette Restaurant in a 5* Hotel in Dublin.
The role will include working with high quality chefs using the most modern techniques and equipment to produce amazing food.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Ideally experience of working in a 4/5 star hotel kitchen.
• Experience with modern techniques and kitchen equipment
• Experience of working multiple sections.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to work as part of an existing team
• Valid working permit, and excellent English.
