Our client is an outstanding Hotel based in magnificent countryside. They require an experienced Chef de Partie who has the potential to become a Sous Chef within 6 months.
The Hotel has an expanding Conference & Banqueting business and the successful candidate will have experience of catering in a volume situation.
You must have potential to develop into a senior chef who can take sole responsibility for aspects of the hotel's food provision.
You should be capable of managing and training the junior chefs.
You should be an imaginative chef with a real passion for creative cooking.
