<p>A very successful 4 star hotel require a full time chef de partie for the Gastro style restaurant. You will be in charge of all the food operations whithin the bar and also assist with operations in the fine dining restaurant. You must have gastro experience. You will have great leadership ability and the ability to keep a cool head in a busy environment.</p>
<p>As a chef de partie in the hotel you will.</p>
<p>Oversee all the bar food operations and the preparation are of the kitchen</p>
<p>Communicate, encourage and help the junior chefs, training them wherever necessary</p>
<p>Assist the Sous chef and Head chef with the development of new ideas for menus and dishes.</p>
<p>Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow all the health and safety regulations.</p>
<p>Monitor portion and waste control to maintain good profit margins.</p>
<p>Have a passion for producing and serving food to a very high standard.</p>
<p>Have excellent communication skills.</p>
<p>have strong organisational skills.</p>
<p>Hard working and have a good attitude towards career progression.</p>
<p>Speak fluent English.</p>
