Our client is a leading North Wexford 4* Hotel. They are looking to recruit a Commis Chef who has at least 2 years experience.
The role will involve supporting the Senior Chefs in the busy kitchen in all areas including food production and kitchen hygiene.You will also assist in the preparation of food for special events and banqueting. The position reports to the Executive Head Chef.
Requirements;
Previous experience in a leading hotel in a commis role.
A qualification from a recognized catering management college.
Possess a real passion for cooking in a quality dining environment.
First class standards of customer service and cleanliness.
Fluency in English
