4* Hotel

Our client is a popular 4* Hotel based in Waterford City. They have a busy Conference & Banqueting business and require a capable and experienced Manager to develop the facility further.

Due to the fantastic location and superb facilities the hotel is busy with weddings and private events all year round. With its large function rooms complete with unique features, the hotel can accommodate for up to 500 guests.

They are currently seeking a dedicated Conference and Banqueting Manager with considerable relevant experience to head up their friendly and capable team and assist them in achieving further success within the department. As Conference and Banqueting Manager, you will be fully responsible the day to day running of the department ensuring that the highest of standards are achieved at all times.

The role will also involve taking responsibility for organising private dining, meetings and events at the hotel. You will be required to ensure that all guest expectations have been met during their meeting or event. As part of the role you will be expected to communicate with all departments and ensure all standards are met with attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have worked with at least a 4* hotel in a management role. You will be a proven and successful manager of professional staff. You will be a capable multi-tasker able to operate in a dynamic and demanding environment.
