Our client is a well known, leading 5* Hotel based in County Galway. They require a capable and experienced Chef de Partie. You will be a hard working and committed chef with a real flair for producing creative, high quality meals.

You will have a proven track record of working in a busy high quality kitchen and producing exceptional food. You will be joining an award winning kitchen team who have extremely high standards. You must have the ability to assist in the development of trainee chefs and have the capability to progress to the next level within 18 months.
