Our client is an established owner of upmarket restaurants. They are setting up an exciting new and dynamic up-market restaurant in the Financial District of Dublin. They require an exceptional Deputy General Manager who will assist in establishing the venue as one of the most popular restaurants in Central Dublin. The emphasis will be on business persons venue but not exclusively so. There will be a Bar and Bar Restaurant in addition.
Responsibilities;
You will assist in staffing and managing the restaurant and in providing an exceptional dining experience for customers.
You will set the highest standards of customer service.
You will develop the business through astute business management and marketing.
You will make use of modern marketing techniques and social media.
You will assist with the financial aspects of the business setting budgets and ensuring they are met.
Help train and manage a team of high calibre professional staff to maximise the potential of the business.
Requirements;
An exceptional manager is required who has experience of successfully managing with an up-market restaurant.
You will have an ability to develop and manage a high-end, dynamic restaurant with ambitions to be one of Dublin's most popular eating venues.
You must have proven man management skills and exceptional communication skills.
You will have experience of marketing a similar business and of successfully growing an up-market restaurant.
You will have a strong business acumen and be a capable financial manager.
