Our client is one of the finest 4* Hotels in Ireland. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Deputy General Manager to join as a key member of their Management team. The successful candidate will have a management background in 4 or 5* hotels.
Requirements
Proven track record of exceeding targets and standards
First class communication skills
Experienced and successful man manager within at least a 4* hotel.
Ability to provide the highest standards of customer service.
Experience of payroll management and rostering.
Experienced in all aspects of F & B including weddings, restaurant and bar service.
Well developed IT skills are essential
Front of house management experience.
The successful candidate will have a "can do" attitude and a committed approach with an understanding of the importance of leading from the front by example.
