Our client is a popular Hotel based close to the bustling western town of Castlebar. The hotel is busy all year round and boasts a magnificent setting close to many amenities. They require a capable Hotel Duty Manager who has good F & B experience as well as considerable front of house experience ideally in a 4* hotel.
You will have excellent management and communication skills and a track record of reliability and consistent performance. Focus on providing excellent customer service will be essential. Fluent English speaking is a must as is a confident, friendly demeanour.
The successful will deputise for the General Manager in his absence and there are real prospects for promotion in the relatively short term for successful performers.
