This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to take full responsibility for the kitchen in one of Dublin's most famous Hotels. With an award winning fine dining restaurant, a bistro and two bars with excellent food service, the responsibility is wide and varied. Reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate will be a key part of the management team at the Hotel.
* The Executive Head Chef will have full autonomy over menus and kitchen personnel.
* You will have responsibility for the profitability of the food provision across the board.
* You will have a passion for culinary excellence and a keen interest in food trends.
* You will be an enthusiastic leader who inspires your kitchen team.
* You will have a keen business acumen and understand the need for profitability.
* You will be driven by the need to provide the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
* You must have considerable experience of managing kitchen operations in a large reputable Hotel.
