We are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee the food and beverage operations at this iconic Hotel.
More specifically we require an energetic, passionate hospitality professional who has a wealth of experience but who is ready for a new challenge.
This is a fast paced and interesting role - where a creative innovative approach is an absolute must - you'll be a key decision maker working closely with other members of the management team to deliver consistent excellence.
You will currently hold a senior F&B Management position in a leading hotel.
