A la Carte Recruitment are delighted to assist one of the finest hotels in the West of Ireland to find suitable candidates for the position of Food and Beverage Manager.
Working alongside the Operations Manager you will oversee, direct and manage the food and beverage function. You will maximise the profitability through revenue generation and productivity of the F & B function whilst maintaining the highest standards. Promote the desired work culture within the team.
Responsibilities;
·Oversee the management of restaurants and bars
·Oversee the management of banquet operations
·Ensure good team communication with an emphasis on training and development to improve service standards.
·Access and use Food and Beverage computer programs
·Co-ordinate and control all issues relating to costs, expenses, wastage, breakages and stock control.
·Ensure you have a visible and involved presence across all areas.
·To develop customer relations and be aware of any possible future requirements.
·To carry out Duty Management functions when required.
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar position in a leading 4/5* Hotel and have potential for taking on a General Management position in the future.
