We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our client’s team and manage the Food and Beverage function, delivering first class service at this 5* Hotel.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years Food and Beverage or comparable management experience within a hotel that has a banqueting department.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, they will manage Heads of Department and have overall responsibility for all food and beverage areas including conference and banqueting.
Key focus will be to meet Company targets for growth and profitability.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills are a must along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
