We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager for a leading Dublin Hotel. The Hotel has recently been completely refurbished.The property has a very busy food and beverage operation, with restaurants, bars and large event facilities.
In this role as Food and Beverage Manager you will have full responsibility for the food and beverage function, and also support the General Manager in other duties at the hotel. For the right candidate this role has good opportunities for progression.
Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
* achievement of targets, driving sales and revenue opportunities within Food and Beverage
* managing operating budgets
* ensuring the team deliver expected service levels at all times
* operational management on a day to day basis
* delivery of effective and clear communication across department
* ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Required Experience
Candidates must have the following experiences and attributes:
* strong background in busy food and beverage management
* experience with large scale banqueting
* strong team leadership abilities, able to motivate and inspire, proven abilities in training and development
* good financial and business awareness
* excellent organisation skills and proven ability in managing multi faceted venues
* high attention to detail, energy, enthusiasm and drive, consistent in a demanding operation
