A la Carte Recruitment are assisting one of the finest hotels in the South East to identify suitable candidates for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor. The successful candidate will have the potential to progress to Manager level in the short term and have the ability to multi task in a busy environment.
The ideal candidate will have a natural flair and passion for Food & Beverage and will have had previous experience operating in a Food and Beverage position within a quality hotel.
Person Specification
Proven food and beverage experience. Working knowledge of various computer software programs (PMS, Micros, MS Office, restaurant management software)
You must be able to work flexibly including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks. Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets. Guest-oriented and service-minded.
