Our client, a 4* hotel with excellent leisure facilities situated in County Louth, is looking for a capable Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist in the running of their busy fully reburbished operation which includes an award winning restaurant. The operation also has outdoor dining facilities and private dining areas for high-profile guests and customers. The Hotel is also a popular wedding venue.
This is a quality operation serving high quality fresh produce in superb surroundings and we are ideally looking for someone with previous experience of working as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a quality fresh food, high volume, high quality hotel/restaurant environment.
Required Experience
* Outgoing personality and excellent inter-personal skills.
* Previous experience of Food & Beverage management.
* Experience of running a quality stylish restaurant within at least a 4 star hotel environment.
* Strong fresh food experience - experience of rosettes and accolades is an advantage though not essential but you will be serving quality food in a quality venue
* A real self-starter, motivated and keen to get stuck into the role
* Innovative with the ability to train and develop the team
* Passionate and knowledgeable about good fresh locally-sourced produce.
* Experience of fine wines, champagnes and quality spirits
* The ability to motivate other people to provide the highest standards of service
* Personable with the ability to talk to customers at all levels
* Great eye for detail
* Full financially accountable.
