Our client is a well known 4* Hotel based in North Wexford. They require an experienced Hotel Front Office Manager. This is a high profile position and will give scope for the successful candidate to progress your career at this impressive hotel.
Responsibilities;
Managing and training the concierge, night auditor and team of receptionists
Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers
Dealing with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk
Troubleshooting emergencies
Scheduling your staff rota
Liaising with other departments
Analysing occupancy data
Assisting with Revenue Management
The successful candidate will have relevant experience for these responsibilities. Experience of Hotsoft would be a distinct advantage. Numeracy, and experience of budgets and financial control is particularly required.
