Responsibilities
Manage check-in and out facility
Ensure guests are warmly welcomed
Manage allocation of rooms
Manage billing and receipt of payments
Deal with guests queries and issues
Manage the revenue function of the hotel
Requirements
Previous experience as a hotel receptionist/front office manager
First class organisational skills
Management and motivational skills
Excellent communication skills
Boundless energy and enthusiasm
Strong business acumen and financial management capability
