A la Carte Recruitment are pleased to announce that they are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager for a leading Wicklow Hotel. With an impressive leisure complex, the hotel is a well known, popular family resort.
They require a highly focused customer satisfaction provider who has the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
As the first and last point of contact the role of Front Office Manager is to facilitate an efficient front desk operation ensuring that check-in and check-out procedures are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, billing is accurate and Company procedures are complied with at all times. This is a hands-on management role which will involve managing the team at the Reception desk. Creating a culture of excellent customer care is essential as is the ability to train and coach team members to achieve required standards. Taking reservations calls, inputting onto the system and sending guest correspondence. Financial reporting and statistical analysis.
Previous experience as Front Office Manager in a quality Hotel is essential. You must have experience of leading and managing a front office team. Attention to detail is a pre-requisite as is a high standard of personal presentation.You must have a thorough understanding of front desk systems and procedures. Opera experience is advantageous, competent in operating a computerised front office system is essential.Excellent communication skills are an absolute must.
