The Position:
At this time there is a requirement for a first class Manager for the Front Office. Experience of success in a similar position with a reputable hotel, is essential. Dedicated to quality customer service and ensuring the maintenance of the highest standards of performance. You will manage a small team of enthusiastic and capable support staff. The position requires significant experience of management accounting and the ability to manage both reception and the reservation function.
The Person:
You will have previous experience in a similar role in at least a 4 star leading hotel.
You will have proven, first class customer care skills and attention to detail
You will have experience of managing budgets, reservations and yield management systems
You will have exceptional dedication to maximising income for the hotel
You will have excellent man management skills.
A background in managing revenue accounts, developing budgets and forecasts and reporting variance from budgets.
You must be determined to maintain excellent customer care standards.
Must have at least 5 years of managing a busy reception in a reputable hotel.
You will have experience of event management in a busy business centre set up.
