Our client is an outstanding 4* Hotel with excellent leisure and spa facilities. They require an experienced General Manager to take responsibility for all hotel operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Hotel General Manager you will have full operational and financial responsibility for the hotel.
Provide leadership and manage the performance of the hotel
Coach, develop, and inspire your team.
Full P & L accountability
Drive sales and maximise profits
Maintain brand standards
Deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure that all health & safety requirements are met
Maintain company systems & procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a hotel general manager in branded hotelsExcellent people, communication, and man-management skills
Strong rooms experience
Well developed financial acumen - P & L, costs, and budgets
Staff recruitment, selection, and training
Passion and drive to succeed
A dynamic and outgoing personality and a positive approach
IT literate - working with systems & process
