A la Carte Recruitment are delighted to assist our client, an outstanding 4* Hotel, to identify suitable candidates for the position of General Manager. They require an experienced GM who has proven experience of success at a similar 4/5* Hotel.
We are looking for an energetic, hands-on, dynamic, and enthusiastic manager who is passionate about providing the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the operational and financial performance
- Monitor and maximise the profitability of all functions.
- Continue the development of an effective, cohesive & professional team.
- Ensure all hotel standards and procedures are met.
- Providing innovation and development of the Hotel's services.
Requirements
- An experienced and ambitious hotel manager.
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate the Hotel team.
- Passionate, with a committed, hands-on approach and an entrepreneurial inclination.
- A strong commitment to providing the highest standards of customer service & quality.
- Strong business acumen combined with an excellent leadership and liaison skills.
- Capable financial skills.
