Our client is a leading 4* Hotel & Country Club in County Dublin. They are looking for a General Manager for this high profile Hotel which is associated with quality service, conference, events and banqueting and with outstanding leisure facilities.
Responsibilities include
Day to day management of this busy hotel
Conference and banqueting
Event/Conference management
Delivering first class service to guests and clients.
Maintaining tight control on all financial matters.
Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety are maintained.
Ensure that all functions and events are carried out successfully.
Ensure highest standards of cleanliness at all times.
Senior management reporting will include Managers of; Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Revenue, Event Management, Leisure Complex, F & B, Front of House and Executive Chef.
Experience required
Must have successfully managed a large hotel and country club.
Extensive experience of managing banquets, weddings, events and conferences.
Knowledge of operating a multi facetted operation, overseeing a Restaurant, Bar, Leisure facility, Hotel, Conference and Banqueting suites.
Outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills to manage staff, look after guests and maintain important client relationships.
Financial control - experience of full P & L responsibility, budgeting and accurate reporting.
Excellent staff management and motivational skills.
Innovative management with the ambition to develop the business.
