A la Carte Recruitment are delighted to assist our client an outstanding up-market hotel based in County Kildare. They are looking for a General Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of this stunning mid-sized Hotel.
The General Manager will have a high profile position ensuring that customer's requirements are met to the highest standard. You will work closely with your management team, ensuring that all staff are trained and developed to the standards that are expected at such a high-end hotel.
As General Manager you will be expected to make sure through your leadership, motivation and direction of your team, that you meet and exceed your weekly and monthly business objectives which are critical in the overall development of this highly reputable and well established business.
Requirements:
We are looking to attract an experienced Hotel Manager who has gained a strong and robust grounding in their career to date at a 4-5 star hotel and are now looking for that opportunity to take that next step up and take on total General Management of a well known high-end Hotel. As General Manager you must be able to demonstrate sound financial experience as well as fully understand the day to day running and management of a busy hotel which incorporates Food & Beverage, leisure and a growing Wedding and Events business.
You will be an even tempered manager who can capably multi-task and lead a talented team from the front.
