Our client is an outstanding hotel with an excellent reputation for quality of service and attention to detail for the customer. They require a Guest Relations Manager who will be responsible for monitoring and managing the quality of service provided to each guest.
Responsibilities;
Ensure each guest is made welcome and that their needs are met upon arrival.
Ensure the agreed standards of service, cleanliness and security are adhered to.
Be available to provide guest's requirements and provide a high standard of customer care
Arrange bookings and transport for the guests where required.
Inform management of any significant complaints and sensitively deal with any issues within your remit.
Monitor relations between other staff and guests, reporting any breaches of set standards.
Generally ensure the guest has a high quality, memorable experience.
Requirements
Must have front of house management experience.
Experience of similar position in a 4/5* hotel.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
At least 2 years of dealing with customers in a diplomatic manner in an up-market environment.
A polite and unquestioning attitude towards difficult customers.
A conciliatory approach to conflict resolution.
