A la Carte Recruitment is delighted to assist our client, a well known, leading 4* hotel, to acquire an experienced and very capable Head Chef to that full responsibility for their large kitchen. There are 16 chefs under your control and you will need to be an excellent manager who leads by example. the Hotel has over 100 bedrooms and a thriving conference & Banqueting business. In addition to the main restaurant there is a busy bar and bistro restaurant which serves all day meals and snacks. This is a demanding role and only qualified and highly experienced head chefs who have worked in at least a 4* venue should apply.
