Our client is a well known and popular 4* Hotel based in County Wexford. The hotel has a requirement for an experienced and talented Head Chef. There is a fine dining restaurant, bistro and popular bar food area.
There is a capable kitchen team of 12 chefs of varying experience and they now require a team leader who can command the team's respect with your commitment and professional ability. You will be a passionate chef who leads from the front with creative ability and flair.
You must have an impressive career to date in at least a 4* environment.
