Our client is one of the best known 3* hotels in the North West of Ireland. They require an experienced Head Chef to manage their busy kitchen. The hotel has a long tradition of providing food of the highest standard in a friendly, customer focussed environment.
Responsibilities:
• As Head Chef you will be responsible for the efficient running of the kitchen, setting and maintaining a standard of excellence and creating high quality dishes. • You will manage a team of qualified chefs and report to the General Manager.
• You will be also responsible for motivating, developing and training the kitchen staff.
Requirements:
• We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Head Chef who will have worked in a similar role or be a proven Sous looking for the next move in your career.
• You must be organised with excellent communication skills and attention to detail in order to deliver outstanding quality and service.
