An exceptional opportunity for a capable and proven Head Chef in a popular 4* hotel based in Wexford town. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing quality food and be capable of managing and motivating a team of quality chefs in a busy kitchen.
You will have a minimum of 4 years as a Head Chef in a 4/5* hotel.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Proven management skills in a pressurised environment.
A calm demeanour in a busy kitchen.
