Our client is an established owner of upmarket restaurants. They are setting up a new trendy and dynamic up-market restaurant in the Financial District of Dublin. They require an exceptional Head Chef who will assist in establishing the venue as one of the most popular restaurants in Central Dublin. The emphasis will be on business persons venue but not exclusively so. There will be a Bar and Bar Restaurant in addition to the fine dining Restaurant.
Responsibilities
▪ Establish strong team of chefs to provide an excellent dining experience.
▪ As a key member of the management team assist in establishing the restaurant as one of the most popular in Dublin.
▪ Develop innovative menus with flair and sensitivity for the predominately business clientele.
▪ Engender a positive attitude among the kitchen team, encouraging creativity and teamwork.
Requirements
▪ An experienced, extremely capable and proven Head Chef.
▪ An innovative and creative approach to food.
▪ A capable manager of professional chefs.
▪ A strong business acumen to contribute on a broader front.
▪ A totally committed attitude with a real desire to provide a special experience for the customer.
