With a clear understanding and proven track record in your understanding of the catering side of the business it is imperative to have a knowledgeable and clear understanding of the administrative side of a role such as this.
Responsibilities
• To develop and drive the business forward continuously improving the menu concept and food output.
• To handle the financial responsibilities of the role, making sure targets are met if not improved upon.
• To manage the various venues on site maximising the output whilst maintaining the quality that is expected.
• The ability to source ingredients of the highest quality with an in depth knowledge of their uses in the seasons.
Requirements
• Must be up to date on food trends, Be able to develop and maintain the conceptualisation of new menus whilst keeping the ideologies and vision of the hotel.
